Warranty attentions

     For a better service and convenient verification,we strongly suggest our customers to keep the proof of purchase and the packages including the cover with label.While starting a warranty claim by filling in our warranty system,we need you to provide the label picture with TT number,Serial code,and the Anti-fake  infos. Here are the location and what kind of picture of label you should provide.

     1.The location of the label

     When you bought a product,the shop usually provides a box along with the cover,and the label is on the cover as below:

  

     

       2.The Anti-fake picture customer should provide

       The Anti-fake picture cusetomer provide should be clear,if it is Code A and Code B label,like the first one,it requires scannable;If the label is like the second one,the customer should scratch it to reveal the 16 digits.
